We keep a large supply of tents in stock for immediate shipment, so your tent is probably in stock and will ship within a day or two of receiving your order confirmation. If it is not in stock, we will advise you of this, and tell you when we will have it before accepting your order. We can also special order roof top tents, but this may take some time, as we receive tents via ocean containers. Air Freight of these items is cost prohibitive.
How to Order
We will be happy to assist you in selecting, receiving, and mounting your tent on your vehicle. We do not accept orders over the internet and prefer to talk to you, and answer all your questions before you purchase. We want your tent to be right for you.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and checks if you allow us time to clear the check through our bank. ALL shipments are prepaid, and no payments can be accepted at our warehouse.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we will bill your credit card and will then send an invoice to you via e-mail or fax reflecting the tent and accessories that you ordered, shipping charges, and scheduled shipping date.
Shipping
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Expect shipments to a residence to cost more than shipments to a commercial address or to a local trucking terminal – these are always less expensive to ship to. For residential deliveries you will be contacted by the trucking company. Please be on hand to receive your tent from the drayage company, and inspect for possible shipping damage. We do our very best to protect your tent during transit, but please do not accept delivery of your tent if there is obvious damage, and ask the driver to countersign any damage noted on the shipment. AutoHomeUSA cannot accept any liability for damage caused while the tent is in the care of a shipping company. Please call us immediately if there is any problem.
Crating
We crate EVERY tent that we ship by truck. This is for your protection. We charge what it costs us to get the crate built at the warehouse. Crating charge on all shipped tents - $95 USD
Our Guarantee of Satisfaction
We want your tent to be right for you. If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return or exchange your tent for any reason, we will exchange it for another model or refund your money.
This guarantee of satisfaction does not include charges for shipping, protective crating, or additional charges for upgrading to a higher priced model. Tent must be returned to our warehouse in Sparks, NV in new, undamaged condition.
Our Warranty
Your AutoHome tent is warranted against defects in material and manufacturing for 5 years from the date of original purchase. AutoHomeUSA will repair or replace, at its option, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or to damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use. AutoHomeUSA will repair or replace at our option. In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, the owner must assume the cost and liability of freight.
